Wife is leaving for a week. Pretty much confirming she thinks I have Alzheimer's

I do this for my husband (but we also have kids, so it's more understandable that I leave notes to remind him to feed them)

That or she loves you and doesn't want you to die from starvation.

What if he actually has alzheimer's, but he forgot it, so his wife is leaving all those notes to help him?

This is how my mom treats my dad when she comes visit me. But he doesn't read them and calls her to ask where everything is.
