When two deaf people are angry at each other do they just aggressively sign language?

I'm more curious as to how he/she learned to speak if both the parents are deaf.

usually codas learn from other family members but if that's not a possibility then there's a speech therapist involved to make sure the kids don't have a speech impediment from the way some people talk while signing.
