Humm.. Not exactly. It would be "Eso si que es", which makes no sense by it self.
But it's pretty similar to "eso es lo que es", which is "it is what it is".

Well, what it translates into mostly is something along the lines of 'it certainly is that' because the 'si' in this sentence emphasises it. :)

That's why i said it makes no sense, because "it certainly is that" has nothing to do with "it is what it is" :)
