He didn't actually kill the person though...I think he shouldn't have to kneel but should anyway. They should get the guy who ACTUALLY murdered the person.

I think it was more to show him the same effects it would have if he was the one who killed him

If this ia related to the Crimean incident then why is the Ukrainian kneeling? The Russians should be kneeling and asking for forgiveness.

True but as far as I know there have been protests and riots going on all over the world so who knows what exactly this could be about.
