My cat Only drinks running water out of the tap.. Actually we have to cyp our hand under under the running water and she drinks like that. And when the water is Freezing cold she takes extra long. Lol

My cousins cat does the same thing. Every morning when it comes inside, I sits at the tap and waits for someone to turn it on.

We have tried filtered, bottled, and tap water. But he prefers the toilet variety.
