Looking For Alaska broke my heart but not as much as TFIOS. :'(

Oh come on In Looking for Alaska, they didn't even start going out or love proclamation or anything. At least Hazel got the time of her life with him.

I just feel like you got to know Gus and feel like he was your friend too, while Alaska was more closed up. I don't know, it's just my opinion.

Well, doesn't that make it worse??? That Alaska never even had time to get to know Pudge and no one got to know her. The reader never got to know her, and poof, she's gone. That just makes it more realistic and it reminds me of something very similar that happened and making the connection really hurts. I don't know, it's just my opinion.

I agree. Atleast Hazel and Gus maximized their time together. Pudge didn't even got a shot with Alaska, as a lover
