Mgoveia, it's actually polite to refer to a trans/drag queen as the gender they prefer to be (: they usually do it as get are not comfortable being the gender they were born as
Also, I agree, welcome, she's beautiful
I fully realize that, and yet I still joke around. Crazy, right?
Btw, that's all well and good, but when you don't know the person and they still get all uppity about it, it kinda makes people stop giving a shit.
Not that that has anything to do with this. It's just that so many of the insufferable ones get attention on the news and tv in general just because drama = ratings, and I feel like being serious about it with strangers is more trouble than it's worth.
I love Conchita and I'm so glad she won the esc :)
She had the best performance and the best song, so she deserved it.
And she also has a great personality, please watch some interviews, if you haven't yet.
Go Conchita!
As the guest above said - Conchita Wurst is not transgender, she is a drag queen. That means she does not want to identify completely as a woman, but is comfortable to 'sit on the fence', as it were. Please do your research before judging something as prominent as the way the lgbt community identifies themselves
