'Scuse me but Walt Disney died before Disneyland was built... "He died on December 15, 1966, from lung cancer in Burbank, California. A year later, construction of the Walt Disney World Resort began in Florida."

This post is about Disneyland in Anaheim, California, which opened in 1955. The building of Disney World in Orlando, Florida was overseen by Walt Disney's brother Roy Disney. The two parks are easily confused, so I understand your error.

No he didn't. DisneyLAND was built in 1955. Yes he did die before Disney WORLD was built. This article is about DisneyLAND not Disney WORLD.....so Scuse you!
