One way I guess

It's a lock , so there is a key. Then the bar moves.

If this was important enough I would just use four wires to bridge the pins to a new USB out port. This lock is only for really casual use I guess

Also you would never fit this into a USB port due to the giant ass metal latch still being there, unless you use a USB extender

The one I saw, the whole shackle pops outta the way when ya wanna use it and is stored on the back side so ya don't lose it. I don't know if this one does that or not.
