No, they are insinuating that Mexicans can fit like 10-15 people in a car for five people. Seriously I am Mexican and I can assure this.

Yea I should have said Hispanics because that is one of my biggest pet peeves. Just because you're Hispanic doesn't mean you're Mexican.
