You leave for work 1 minute late and you're 10 minutes later than usual

If i leave the house 15 min before i start work, i get there in time. If i leave the house 20 min before i start, i am late. I don't fking get it, honestly!

Think of leaving work as entering a line of people, and your workplace as the end of the line. The earlier you leave, the less people in front of you, which you will exit the line faster, and reach your workplace in a more timely fashion.
