True, the actions of a few do not define the country. You know what does? Doing nothing about it. Outrage is one thing. Enacting laws that protect women is quite another - and, apparently - quite outside the capabilities of anyone making legislative decisions that would feed rapists into a furnace, feet first (or the equivalent). Before you complain about my point, fix the problem.

the people of India are not in the wrong here(besides the criminals) the government is the fact that THEY didn't do anything good enough to stop this is their fault not ours
My point exactly...except that the people of India choose their leaders to enact laws in their best, common interest. That they have not places them in the wrong.
