You are right. Korean one at least. I don't know about the others, but I'll assume it's the same.

I'm pretty sure it does say hello since I know the Korean and Japanese one so why he change the Chinese one?

If you're talking about the post, then I can assure you it's not racist. Sometimes websites can't read hieroglyphics, and he wasn't able to see the original characters in those 3 languages and they end up appearing as boxes.
