Yeeeees, I can see that, but the grips (grips?) may be too wet and the possible cause of a sprain.
Maybe I'm just too aprehensive, but i'll go for the beer pong hahah
Well its meant to be fairly safe. As you go up it bends some, so you are less likely to hit it as you are falling. It would (for the most part anyway) be used on sunny days, so the rubber grips should dry pretty fast between climbs anyway, but even if they were a little slick, that would be part of the climb. You don't put your weight on something if it won't support you. Something wet that your gonna slip off of would be one of those things you shouldn't be letting your weight rest on.
Only thing I could see people doing and hurting themselves too badly is if the pool isn't wide enough and somebody climbs to the top and pushes away as the jump off, they could go backwards too far and not land in water.
I'd use the remote control snack float to annoy people. I'd float to them and as they are reaching for their snacks and drinks I'd make it move away so its just out of their reach
