Bah, I don't buy the romantic soul mate thing. I think a soul mate is anyone you share a deep and fulfilling relationship with. It can be a partner, or it can be a sibling, a parent, or a friend. Some soul mates only last a few months or years, some are lifelong. And everyone has many throughout their lifetime.

I agree. A soulmate isn't a giant rock in two pieces that fit together or two puzzle pieces. It's all the pieces of the puzzle the make the picture whole (you) and all shards and fragments that create a sculpture together. Each soulmate has something to contribute even if a small detail but without it, the art never be finished.
