I'm actually reading the gone series ( thanks to FS) and there is a girl who has braces and doesn't know how to get them off. Yeah.....just thought I would share that.......

I see your braces and I raise you glasses. What if your prescription changed and there's no one there to help you. Or you accidentally break your glasses, I'd be fucked

I thought about this constantly while I had braces and I still worry about what I'm going to do about getting new glasses.

I had braces for 6 years.. I used to dream I was taking them off all the time... even years after I had them removed... I think it scarred me...lol

Or you can go to an orthodontic office and use the tools to take them off..

It made me think about something else. If you had to live the same day over and over again, just like in Groundhog Day, and you're on your period. Does it mean you'll have your period eternally ?

I think about this a lot, actually.

My friend didn't want braces, and his parents forced him to get them, so he got a pair of pliers and pulled off the braces himself. His parents made him go back and get them on again, so then he just did the same thing again (he did it a total of 3 times)

What if they fucking BREAK? Braces are painful enough when you first get them... But when you get a loose wire or something...
