Haven't watched Olympics for a while but watching the last summer one, I was amazed how much has changed. Back flips, side flips, double flips, etc. I remember when you did one flip and did a good landing you'd get a 10

McKayla Maroney didn't win the Olympic Vault final though, Sandra Izbasa did. And anyway, the left hand vault was an easier compulsory one. More difficult ones would have been done in the finals .
