You lose more calories when you sweat and with hoodie on i suppose it's warmer so I guess thats the reason. But maybe this is just some sort of witchcraft that gives him more power. Who knows?

I understand running in a sweatshirt to lose weight but this appears to be a compitition. Maybe Koreans do it differently

I saw the competitions of that day and actually there are many who did this and I wondered about it too but well, who knows.
