Here in Sweden we recently got
A (B) C (D) E (F), in which B and D are "halfway milestones" and F is of course fail. What really bugs me though is the fact that it's only about 70-80% guaranteed that you'll acquire an A even if you score a perfect 100% on the respective test (at least in our school)
The grading is A B C D E instead of A B C D F
