As a female specimen I can tell you that we are most definitely not always right

Or you know, I could just eat again. I see no problem with more food.

Damn near starving yourself in the name of counting calories, the latest get-slim-quick, or veganism, or what ever method of self deprivation, will almost always leaving you feeling non-satiated. That's why you're so hungry. You're biologically conditioned to crave more when you're withholding. Eat to live, and once in a while that means ice-cream. Common sense.

I saw something saying " am I hungry or bored ? " and that's something that is sometimes hard to tell apart and why this is good, because if you're actually hungry you'll still have the feeling and if you're dehydrated it'll go away after drinking water.

Actually she's right. Most people get so offended because they tell them you can't eat but they are not telling you not to eat, just to eat healthier. When you eat the right foods you will feel satisfied and will not be hungry until 2-4 hours later, but if you eat junk food that is almost nothing but empty calories that will never fill you up the way good food is suppose to. Ya'll can hate me all you want but that's the cold hard truth whether you like it or not.

This is something my dad would always say. I used to think it was just one of his dad-isms.
