For someone who has insomnia, that's actually your worst nightmare. Sometimes, you keep on waking up every two hours, keep checking the hour, only to go back to try to sleep. Do you know how hard can be to actually fall sleep, only to wake up later and realize you've slept about 3-4 hours?
Seriously? I'm like "Why the fuck am I up?" and go back to sleep very annoyed at whatever woke me up, whether my body thought it was the right time to get up or something else
