I would've let him keep at least whatever of it was helpful to his wellbeing. I hope they did the same!

See not all homeless people in Tulsa are terrible! My mom is terrified to even drive downtown because of "people like him" whatever mom.

Someone really needs to help him out and take him in "under their wing" per- say. Yes of course he could be just a good person but he DESERVES a reward or something in return!
