Both make valid points. There's a balance between being free and being responsible. Many laws are just and good for the well being of the people. Just because you work and pay your bills doesn't mean you are a robot.

Yeah, I mean-laws are put in place to protect us and create a balanced society. Some are stupid, like the gun laws and the Kinder egg law, but most are pretty good, and create more order, which is what separates us from animals. Without order, our society would descend to a monkey-like community.
You miserable...you cannot just let people in another nation have their way without interjecting like that cunt piers Morgan. I think boomerangs should be outlawed, too many people breaking fingers and getting hit in the head.
taeminnieah i don't think we are totally free; we live in a capitalist society, if you are born poor is sometimes very difficult to 'climb' to a better situation; if you don't have money you can't do the things you want/need, you can barely survive. Even if you have a job doesn't mean it's a good job or even has a fair payment, sometimes a poor person just don't have a choice. I don't know, even if you aren't exactly poor you are suposed to get a job and that doesn't mean you will find a good one. Sorry i don't know if it makes sense to you.
The point of the image isn't to advocate absolute anarchy, its telling you to be aware of how free you really are so you can be aware when people try to take freedoms away from you.
No one is completely free and most would agree that no one should be. The quote is taken a little bit out of context.
This makes no point to me. We're free.
