In the mirror you can clearly see the head of someone behind her.They just had her turn around,and the person taking the main picture,just ended up in the mirror after they took the second picture.Then they photoshopped her in,ignoring the fact the other person was showing behind the girl.

That's the idea, she wanted to show what her fear was. That's why she photoshopped it, because it doesn't actually happen but she wanted to show it.
