Don't mock him. He's dressed nicely and doesn't have weird things hanging off him or offensive colors. The only "strange" thing about him is that he's wearing a skirt with pants. I never understood that. Wearing a skirt with tight leggings to hide inadvertant camel toe, yeah, but skirt with pants is different.
