Both. I got lost trying to find parking at my university the first day, and one of the police officers gave me a map of the school, and told me how to get to the parking places for students that had spaces available because everywhere else was already full (according to reports he got from some other coworkers in the area)
Omg 13 grades :O
And yeah like I have 1-12 but I've had a K-3 school, 4-8 school, and 9-12 school. You surely can't have one school that has room enough for first graders all the way up to uh thirteenth graders?
Highschool and college/uni are different schools therefore you're going to be a first year in both of them, hence the "fresh"
Ah we have year 1 when you start at 5 and go right through to year 13 when you leave as 18. We don't have grades. We have primary 1-6, intermidiate, 7-8, highschool 9-13. But some schools have all 13 years at the same school. Good old New Zealand haha.
For us we have pre-k (optional) and it goes from kindergarten - 5th grade which is elementary. Then 6-8 is middle school, and 9-12 is highschool. After that you go to college and the years vary completely, and some don't go at all.
I'm from USA and it is pre- k then kindergarden to 4th grade is elementary. Then it's 5-6th which is intermediate. After it's 7-8 for Middle School. Finally it's high school which is for 4 years. Finally you could go to college.
There are 4 pods in my school, i-hall, and the arts/PE area of the school. The 4 pods are set up A B C D with a compass in the main hallway pointing to where everywhere is, and everything is labelled. I don't understand how people get lost
