Technically she isnt even supposed to show her arms. Why would she cover her head for religious reasons if she doesnt follow all the attire rules idgi.

Her arms are uncovered because she's supposedly in front of her husband which is allowed according to their religion They can't show only in front of strangers but at home they can hang around in a bikini no one would care

Yea the original photo was taken outside. It's been photoshoped in here. Also, people other than her husband are viewing this, and if it were the situation that you stated, why would she be dressed like this before sex?
