My tip is to just put a text box around the picture so you can move it anywhere.

Right click the picture, and select "send to back" you can move the picture anywhere without it fucking up anything, and you can even overlap pictures with it

If you go to formatting for the picture and change it to square or tight formatting it won't mess up the document
