But then again, we can't all get the jobs we want. Better to wake up financially secure than waste time trying to get into something that might leave us destitute.

I actually plan on having the simpliest of lives, like, I'm into music, and I'm about to start studying to have an english teaching degree. I KNOW neither of those things are gonna gve me piles of money, but it works on my side because I WANT to live on some tiny apartment, with hardly anything, a comfy chair, maybe I'll save up to a nice tv to play with the consoles I have right now haha. A fridge, and I'll sleep on the floor. I'm not even kidding, I couldn't want anything else!... Maybe a small inflatable pool just for me :P

I rather be poor and doing what I love, than being "financially stable" and being stuck doing something I hate. If you chase money you won't be happy.

I'm puzzled? When should you/we embark on a career? At 55?

Ugh, how can you be so ignorant.

I have just started high school and in the coming weeks I need to pick between two subjects, both of them leading to a different career path that i both want to do. I don't even know what I want to do but I don't want to make a mistake! I bet everyone else feels like this too.
