It looks like blood. I like how its all neat and tidy, then they pick up the chocolate balls and smash them.

Would get so pissed off waiting for my dessert, only to recieve an inedible mess on the table.

Mmmm I love my dessert mixed with bacteria from whatever rag they used to wipe it off with before I started eating...people try so hard to be innovative or fancy but they fail.

Tbh i think its amazing how it can show of peoples talents that they've worked for and took time to Learn, aslothe restraunt could be part of a charitable funding scheme where the people pay extraordinary amount of money and it goes toward something good

Seriously the dumbest way to spend money. The creator of this... mess? was probably bonkers off his tits with the highest rated sensei in the world. The thought process of this... umm? whatever it is must be extraordinary to say the least. Every second I spent watching was spent in disgust and visual diarrhea.
