Size: M Look at my boobs, literally breaking through this shirt

I had this same problem as a teen but now that I hit 6 foot, large is perfect

I'm a 5'11 man that lifts occasionally and Mediums are to small and large's are a tight fit then the XL's are a size to big

Apparently i said large are perfect a year ago but I must of gained weight cause I got the same issue you got
