Its a drinking game. One person says "Never have I ever..." And fills it in with something they haven't done and if you have done it, then you drink.

Oh really? All the versions I've played, (NHIE, IHN,Train wreck), were just friends sitting in a circle, and we had to get up, and try to get to another chair, (that wasn't immediately beside us), if we had done the thing.
