Yea they are. We have them in New Zealand. I've seen them. But they are mechanical or something.

But here in New Zealand they have like fences around them, well as far as I've seen. And yeah I'm pretty sure they are mechanical here.

Yeah they are in the botanical gardens and places like that . I dont think people with wheelchairs really use them, usually able kids just climb all over them.

and they do make swings like that too. I forgot the disorder but it's a full roller coaster type seat and they get strapped in and can swing.
