How to deliver the newspaper

As a mail man I hate when they leave it there. Feel guilty for running it over.

It's kinda common sense to not leave it there.

Maybe they put it there and then it rained?

What is this "paper" you speak of? And why would people throw it on your lawn instead of a recycle bin?
