Maniacal Baby Laugh...

I have this one thought when I see these photos. This could go two ways: 1. He really likes this "dress"because goddamnit that's fabulous and he is the prince he doesn't care OR 2. He facepalms every time he sees that his first moments held on a picture are in a "dress" and surely he doesn't like it. Am I the only one? Yeah? Sorry...
