Luigi has been hanging around the ghost for too long... I think ot has affected his mental state.

That and the death of their parents really messed him up. On top of that his little brother Mario keeps getting promoted and famous when he dose the same thing and works just as hard. Luigi has lived a hard life but I never thought it would come to this
