Actually it's bones.The sea there is so salty most fish die there and the bones wash up so the place is completely made of bones.I mean,the would-be sand.

Lol, so why aren't we using it to "motivate " criminals / terrorists to talk.... I've often wondered why we bother with water boarding, ect.... just make them walk across a room of legos, this beach, or watch children's tv blaring for a few days without being able to turn it off...
