Absolutely brilliant. Do you suggest cutting illiterate people off from welfare, or should we just speed up the process by making illiteracy punishable by guillotine?
Perhaps I was biting a bit fast, but I'd really like to know what Traigeide meant by that statement. Should people who cannot read be able to receive welfare? I think they should, and Traigeide's post seems to think they should not.

I'm $50k in debt with degrees and certifications out the wazoo but can't get a job better than a supervisor in a customer service call center because there aren't any jobs available in my field. I also can't complain, which I'm not, because at least I have a job.
