How to keep track of a turtle

Either this is an old video or they're not a fan of the newer systems.

I believe that's a cute little turtle. The shell is too flat. And look at those adorable teeny feetsies! They're more like flippers, as they are flat and clawed, and extend horizontally instead of vertically.

Tortoises live on land, their front legs can often be flat and their feet are always clawed.
Turtles are aquatic and their flippers are large and obvious.
This is a tortoise.
