I have 4. One that I made a long time ago and it has an immature name but I still get a few important e-mails through. One for my Xbox account, One for my PS account, and one for serious matters like jobs and stuff.

I still have (and use) my email from 3rd grade, it's kinda embarrassing telling it to others, but at the same time I'm too lazy to make a 3rd "appropriate" email.
