Sorry to burst the bubble but that could be extremely unsanitary. Think of all the bugs that might get inside that thing into the juice. I remember I was drinking Mcdonalds lemonade once and it had three small flies in it... and that was a drink in a sealed container. This could end up being much worse..

Did your lemonade have ice? If so, it could have come from when they poured ice in the ice machine or something.

nah, it came straight from the drink. I remember it clearly & I don't put ice in my drinks

It's probably kept just above freezing temp in there. After temp drops to a certain point, no bugs will have anything to do with it. That's part of why it's chilly in hospitals.
