Extreme house decoration for Halloween

Where is this!

Our next door neighbor goes all out every year.. Last year it was a creepy grave-yard and she hooked up an iPad docking station so she could play eerie sounds to the children trick or treat from an open window.. Oh that's not the best part the 'false' zombie that came to life scared the living day lights out of them LOL!

I am guessing this is in America because they take Halloween so seriously that it is kind of ridiculous
