This actually kind of upsets me. Why would an inmate who committed serious crimes get to have this luxurious lifestyle?

Because Norway has a maximum prison sentence of 21 years. They're gonna Get out sooner than later. Treat them well and they might not do anything criminal again. Treat them like animals, and they'll behave like it when they Get out..

i am almost angry at them! I get how you treat them well they will act well like the guest mentioned, but it's punishment! Prison shouldn't be horrible, nor luxurious, but it's still punishment! People could live the life in a way by committing crimes!

There are things that other racially homogeneous countries can do that won't work in the US.
