GTA 4 Cops VS. GTA 5 Cops

I've never played the fourth one so I'll take your word for it

This is spot on. In gta5 the cops are like cops in the United States, as in they'll murder you for Jay walking.

another feature of gta5 that disables the your ability for long car chases. Every1 has perfect accuracy and shoot you in the head while driving
