As someone who spent most of her childhood with parents that never cared much for "Western celebrations", I am so jealous of this boy, but at the same time, I'm happy for him. It's always been a childhood fantasy of mine to sit down and make a creative costume DIY with my parents. It's great that this kid got to do this. Oh man, this is such a long comment. Sorry :(

Well you'll make a great parent someday..if you want kids anyway. Not that your parents were bad but you'll be able to make good memories with them.
