Ok I know this is supposed to be a joke but to anyone who self harms or gets easily offended or whatever, theres no trigger warning in real life. If you're announcing that you're clean, or you can see old scars in certain clothes, don't be ashamed of that. You shouldn't be forced to hide your past because of the need for "trigger warnings" If you don't like something, pay no attention to it. And on that note, I would like to announce that I've made the decision to give up cutting once and for all, and that I'm going on 3 days clean!

Thats what motivated me. I see all these posts on tumblr saying that they're x days/weeks/months/years clean and I thought to myself, I should be clean. I quit, relapsed 3 weeks later, and then last monday I made the decision go quit again.
