"On your left", "On your right"

It's Steve Rogers, I.e. Captain America, and Bucky Barnes who- SPOILER!!! DON'T READ ANY FARTHER IF YOU DONT WANT TO KNOW!!!- is the Winter Soldier. The guy in the middle is Sam Wilson otherwise know as the Falcon. In the Winter Soldier movie it basically opens with Steve lapping Sam three or four times during a morning run. Which was funny enough in itself, but this comic adds a little more effect having the two Old men beat Wilson.

In the comics: Sam Wilson (aka the Falcon) is the new Captain America (A mantle Bucky held before too.)
