I don't believe Thor became a woman. I think he was unworthy and had to give up the hammer.

He became unworthy because of something nick fury whispered to him, then a woman picked it up and began carrying it around so she became thor sorta

Leia is a princess in name only after her planet was destroyed. You need a kingdom in order to be royalty. It's similar to previous US presidents keeping the "president" title after they've left office.

honestly- I can understand you wanted a strong female character. But did you have to change one instead of just making a new one? and if you DID have to change one- WHY, OF ALL THE POSSIBLE CHARACTERS, WOULD YOU CHOOSE THOR??

My thoughts exactly! The character Thor is based off of Norse mythology, you can't exactly change the whole mythologic past based off him. Like seriously, pretty much anyone else would have been better for Marvel to change, if any at all.

my main issue is that he's one of the most many characters! Imagine they did this with the Hulk! It'd make more sense to do it with Captain America or Iron Man, and even that would turn out shitty!
