I'm not on the teachers side but we don't know the whole story. She could have sweared at him or done the finger. But he had no right to tell her off the way he did
It's not the telling off...it's the pushing her head and touching her shoulder, so far as I am aware teachers arent allowed to touch students. Especially not in the nasty way he was. Her reaction is great.
ya guest, he should not be laying his hands on her

"Neghhh child abuse, he shouldn't do that it's wrong" Holy SHIT you people are too fucking SOFT. YES there is a limit, YES depending on the situation this is wrong, BUT you got to fucking realize that THIS is fucking private school dumbasses, they don't have the same rules as public, shitheads. You have to sign a waver saying that you will let your child be disciplined. If not, you don't go, damnit. I can tell this is private school from the uniforms. Jeez.
Just because they are wearing uniforms doesn't mean that it's a private school. My son attends a catholic elementary school and they have to wear a uniform as well. And this is not disciple. This is poking a child in the head. The disciple you're thinking of is corporal punishment, which usually involves a cane, paddle or strap. It is banned in 31 states and banned everywhere in Canada since 2004. So this guy was just being a dick!!!
