Actually, I must be a save scummer, because I have a lot of moments where I sort of "reload", like, "What the hell was I just doing? Oh, right!"

The phenomenon of deja vu can be the result of tiny seizures in the brain. They're actually really common

Yup. I have epilepsy, and my seizures are déjà vu on steroids. I get regular déjà vu too, so it's easy to tell the difference.

You also get it when you are tired because one eye will see something and send a signal to the brain a couple milliseconds before the other eye does giving you the feeling that you've seen what you are looking at before when in actuality you've never seen that thing before

What would it mean if you had déjà vu about having déjà vu because that has happened to me multiple times.

No it's the feeling you get when you remember other world lines.
